About these terms

These terms apply when you use the website, request an appointment, or receive a consultation from Karuna Homeopathy Clinic. By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate contact and health information relevant to your consultation.

Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. A booking reference or provisional booking does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until the clinic confirms receipt of payment where payment is required. The clinic may contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp to clarify booking details.

Consultation fees

The current clinic-visit fee and online-consultation fee are ₹300 each, unless the clinic clearly communicates a different amount before confirmation. Fees and availability may change in future; the amount shown or confirmed for your booking will apply to that booking.

Video consultations

For a confirmed video consultation, the clinic may create a Google Calendar event and Google Meet link using the email address supplied with the booking. Please keep this link private and join at the scheduled time. Video consultations are not intended for medical emergencies.

Changes and cancellations

Please notify the clinic as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. The refund and cancellation rules for video consultations are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Patient responsibilities

Please arrive on time for clinic appointments and ensure that your device, internet connection, and email address are usable for a video consultation. The clinic is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate contact details, a patient’s device, or an internet connection outside the clinic’s control.
