Refund and cancellation policy

Scope of this policy

This policy applies to paid video consultations booked with Karuna Homeopathy Clinic. It should be read together with the Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation more than 3 hours before the appointment

If you cancel a paid video consultation at least 3 hours before its scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee.

Cancellation less than 3 hours before the appointment

For cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled start time, a refund is not ordinarily available because the appointment slot has been reserved. The clinic may consider exceptional circumstances at its discretion.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Contact the clinic as soon as possible by WhatsApp or phone at +91 94521 01339, or email support@karunahomeopathy.in. Please include the patient name, booking reference, appointment date, and the payment details needed to identify the booking. A cancellation request is not complete until the clinic confirms it.

Refund method and timing

Where a refund is approved, it will be returned through the original payment method where possible, or through another mutually agreed method. Processing time can vary depending on the payment method and banking provider.

Rescheduling

Please contact the clinic as early as possible if you would like to request a new time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Clinic cancellation

If the clinic needs to cancel a paid video consultation and an alternative time cannot be agreed, the patient will be eligible for a full refund of the consultation fee.
